RETURN AND SHIPPING POLICIES
RETURNS POLICY
Products must be returned within 30 days after shipment, followed by providing us with a postal tracking confirmation. With a email identifying the issue, then within 72 hours our team will direct you into the next step of receiving a refund (once approved by WOLF SENSE management team).
- Products must be unworn and unwashed.
- No residue or marks on the active wear. This includes: makeup, deodorant, spills or other fluids.
- No damage on the active wear including tears and rips and must be returned in original condition.
- Exchanges are not included in return policy.
- Payment will be redirected to biller (not including shipping)
- Items marked or categorized as ‘SELECTED’ items are non-refundable.
SHIPPING POLICY
Orders will be processed and shipped in the time frame of 3 Business days. Any orders made on a week end (Saturday or Sunday) will be processed and shipped within 72 hours the next following business day (Monday). Including any orders made during public holidays will have minor delays to be processed.
