Our website is operated by Code for Australia. Throughout the site terms such as "we", "us" and "our" are used and refer to as Sales terms from us in Australia, WOLF SENSE Pty Ltd trading as WOLF SENSE (ABN) team and management ("we", "us" and "our") and you, the person or organization that purchases products and has other services from our brand referred as ("you" or "your") and other parties involved. These terms and conditions are valid from us to you.
Provided below are our Sale Terms which provide initial agreement under which continue to make relative purchases or other services from us to you. please continue to read the following terms and conditions carefully. Our terms are automatically accepted once you have ordered or purchased from us. This defines as our Terms and Conditions being accessible along with assistance and contact information before making any purchases from us and that you have read and accepted our sale terms. It is important that you must be 18 (the legal age in your own country) or have permission from a parent or gradian to make these type of funds or transactions. If these do not apply to you, then you must not order or purchase any products or services from us.
Our Privacy Policy defines how we collect, use and protect your personal information. Including the Privacy and requirements of the brand which must be followed. You may access this on our Privacy Policy page.
Orders and Services:
- We have all authority to either except or reject orders made due to reasons that don't need to be specified and only except payment with provided services from us to you.
- We are not responsible from the accidental order details or mistaken purchases. This is your responsibility to go over before purchasing or ordering on our Site.
- Once your payment has gone through we will provide you with a customer reference number and tracking number which allows you to keep note of your processing order.
- You are able to cancel or delete your items before placing the actual order.
- Our products are for your own use and not prohibited to be resold to a third party or organization without consent.
Payments and Prices:
- All prices will be advertised in Australian Dollar only. With the possibility of certain items including Australian GST.
- Any payment processed or used unauthentically or contain suspicious activities may be cancelled.
Stock Availability and Cancelations:
- All stocks displayed on the website are pre-prepped and will not continue to sell once out of stock. So purchasing an item out of stock is highly unlikely for you. But in the rare occurrence of this happening we are fully in control to cancel.
- You are able to cancel an order before placing it through but cancellations for orders already placed through by you will not work.
Delivery:
- Currently we are only delivering within Australia, therefore purchases made outside of Australia will not process through.
- Cost for delivery or shipment may differ according to shipment method and location.
- We are not liable for any delays or interruptions made with delivery outside the Site.
- Our products are dispatched from Melbourne within the 3 days upon purchase. This includes Weekends and public holidays to have extra delay and will be dispatched within 72 hours of the next available business day.
- Our form of delivery is via Australian Post, if there is an issue or you need to change the date of arrival it is suggested you contact them directly and organize a delivery date along side the customer tracking ID provided to you after purchase.
- We do provide different method's when doing shipment which range from different prices within Australia.
Intellectual Property Rights:
- This is defined as any breach of copy right including designs, rights, registered design, trade mark (registered or not) brand name, logo, eligible layout result in intellectual activity in the industrial, commercial, scientific, literary or artistic fields, whether registerable or not and all rights to apply for, and of the foregoing rights (Intellectual Property Rights).
- All assets are licensed to us and protected by Australian and international laws and own all content and materials along side it.
Destructive Nature:
- Your feedback is valued at WOLF SENSE and we do take concerns or constructive comments into consideration. However the use of inappropriate language and consistent attacks on any of our platforms or other networks will not be tolerated. Contacting us to resolve a complaint or issue will be dealt with in a professional manner and responded too as long as the other party are respectful and not threatening or bullying in any way other wise authorities will intervene.
- For refunds please refer back to our Refunds and Shipping Policy page for further details. As refunds are processed once the goods have been returned within 30 days upon receiving a tracking number. Refunds will not take place if listed items on the Refunds and Shipping Policy page are evident. However, issues with sizing or fit are refundable under the stated guidelines. Items lost in transit or Faulted in delivery are non refundable also.
- Exchanges are not permitted on our site until item sent back to head quarters and in good condition. Then you will be given an Exchange code to order a new item. Exchanges and refunds will not be provided for items that have been returned faulty.
- We do not provide our stock or items with any type of warranty.
Selected and Sale Items:
- Items marked as 'Selected' items are items that have been returned for minor fault purposes and are already on sale with a discounted price. Selected items are not refundable nor able to be exchanged.
- Sale items are only refundable within 7 days after delivery and are not able to be exchanged.
Packing:
- Items that are being returned must be packaged and delivered back to us in safe and good condition. Refunds may differ according to arrival.
- Packages sent by us will be sent in high quality packages to ensure it reaches you with safety and security.
Duty of Care:
- Once the products are in your possession it is important they remain damage free as returned faulty products may lead to you being liable for damage repairs and no refund will be provided.
Overall Consent:
- No actions are to be made against us or in place of us without our consent. No claims against us.
- Images posted in support of us and done for promotional reasons for us or asked by us are permitted under our guidelines when organizing such. We are therefore permitted to re-post or use these images for our rights when model is wearing the WOLF SENSE brand clothing. Will also be removed if Model is unhappy or no longer wants there image to be part of the brand. All other images are not permitted to be part of any other platform not associated by the WOLF SENSE management team or without consent.
